GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. CCPA rights: know, delete, opt out of sale/share. Exercise them at /contact. Briefing emails are kept while the subscription is active; comments while the article remains published.

Typical processors: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), transactional email if configured. Extra-EU transfers use standard contractual clauses where required. You can withdraw non-essential cookie consent from the banner or by clearing local storage.
